DAY 1 - Ahmedabad to Sapuatar

Ahmedabad to Saputara by Bus Night Journey Repoting at : 11 PM Shivranjani Cross Road

DAY 2 - Sightseeing & Adventure

- Arrive at Saputara, welcome and breakfast. - Enjoy adventure activities. - Lunch at the campsite. - Trek to Sunset Point in the afternoon.

DAY 3 - TREK TO GOVERNOR HILL

- Early breakfast followed by trekking to Governor Hill. - Return for lunch. - Visit Saputara Tribal Museum, Rose Garden, and Lake View Garden. - Evening campfire, Garba, and dinner at the campsite.

DAY 4 - GIRA WATERFALL AND BACK TO HOME

- After breakfast, visit the beautiful Gira Waterfall. - Depart from Saputara carrying wonderful memories. - Arrive in Ahmedabad by evening.

Booking and Payment

  1. All bookings must be made through our authorized representatives or website.
  2. A minimum deposit of [percentage]% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  3. The balance payment must be made [number] days prior to the departure date.
  4. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

  • Accommodationin Tent (Sharing basis).
  • Museum, Step Garden, Rose Garden, Lake view Garden, Govarnor Hill Trek & Sunset Point.
  • Adventure Activity. 
  • Volunteers/Instructors/Guide First Aid Support.

 

Exclusion

  • Anything not mentioned in Inclusion.
  • Any paid activities (Paragliding, Boating or other).
  • Day 3 - Lunch & Day 3 - Dinner
  • Emergency medical cost after First Aid Support
  • Entry fee at Site Seeing Place (if any).

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
  2. The following cancellation charges will apply:
  • More than [45] days before departure: [x]% of total cost

  • 30–44 days before departure: [y]% of total cost

  • Less than [30] days before departure: 100% (no refund)
    3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [number] days after written cancellation.
