DAY 1 - jammu to katra (45 kms approx 1 hr)

Arrive jammu ( city of temples ) drive to katra 1 and half hour drive on arrival transfer to hotel. katra serves as the base camp for visiting the famous shrine of shri mata vaishno devi. overnight at hotel.

DAY 2 - Katra

Morning proceed to the Cave shrine of mata vaishno devi 12Km Long walk one of the most popular piligrimes of inida situated in the lap of trikuta mountains across Katra town at an altitude of 5200 feet . one can visit by taking Helicopter service from katra which takes just 8 min ,one way after darshan return back to katra ,or other Alternate way to perform darshan is by ponies / palikis / half way battery car. if time permit visit Bhairo temple rest of the day at leisure and over night stay.

DAY 3 - Katra - Pahalgam

Morning after breakfast drive to pahalgam 200 km –5 to 6 hour drive ( Valley of Shepherds ) Via Chenani Nashri Tunnel ,ramban , batote ,Banihal Tunnel .continue drive arrive pahalgam transfer to hotel rest of the day at leisure .Pahalgam is an idyllic resort located on the banks of river Lidder and Sheshnag.It is the base for several treks in the region and for the annual pilgrimage to the Holy Cave Shrine of Amarnath. The surroundings are ideal and allow for relaxation and leisure in the true spirit of traditional hill resort.

DAY 4 - Pahalgam

Morning after breakfast, visit to Aru valley. The Aru valley is noted for its scenic meadows .It is popular among the tourist for it s peaceful environment and scenic beauty. The village is a base camp for trekkers to the Kolahoi Glacier. After that one can visit to batab valley. The valley got its name from flim Betab. The valley surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountain and dense forest. Then to Chandanwari- the base camp for Amarnath yatra. Later drive back to Pahalgam. Afternoon one can visit to Basaran valley by pony on direct payment is a large grassy meadow with small rolling hills, it is a eye-catching meadow it is also an ideal campsite for trekker who want to move further to Tulian lake.

DAY 5 - Pahalgam - Srinagar

Morning after breakfast drive to Doothpatri 126 Km – 3 hour drive enroute visit to mattan temple. Pampore famous for saffron field, enroute visit cricket bat factory, apple orchids gardens continue drive Doothpatri sightseen. After Sightseen Drive to Srinagar. .rest of the day at leisure. overnight at hotel.

DAY 6 - Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar (55 kms approx 1.5 hrs)

Morning after breakfast drive to Gulmarg 80 Km – 4 hour drive. arrive Gulmarg in Gondola ride ( of your own ) high above the meadows and snow covered slops of Apherwat and Khilanmarg mountains which provide a play ground for the skiing, pony ride and skating ( optional). After Visit Gulmarg Back to Srinagar. overnight at Srinagar hotel.

DAY 7 - Day trip to Sonamarg

Morning after breakfast full day excursion to Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold) 86kms, on the way one can enjoy the beauty of the Sind valley, Sonamarg is at a height of 2690mts above sea level, The blooming Valley has been chiselled over the ages by the mighty Indus river. Major trekking routes begin from here. Two Lakes – Gadsar and Satsar are on the periphery of Sonmarg. Sonmarg is sheer scenic splendour. The very way- metalled road snakes through massive mountains laden with firs and forests. arrive Sonamarg visit to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains through out the year, late afternoon return to Srinagar.

DAY 8 - Srinagar

Morning after breakfast full day Srinagar local sightseeing visiting Shankar Acharya Temple, famous Mughal Gardens Nishat ( Garden of pleasure ) overlooking the crystal clear emerald green waters of the Dal lake then to Shalimar ( Garden of Love ) Each one is more beautiful than the one visited before. You will walk along the terraced flower beds, past splashing of fountains and marble pavilions, with snow capped peaks of the Himalayas & Cheshmaashahi (Royal Spring ) also if time permit one can visit to Hazratbal shrine .rest of the day free for personal activites and shopping. And Droup in Night

Booking and Payment

General Policy

  • Allcancellationsmust be made in writing via email, WhatsApp, or official communication channels.
  • The date and time of cancellation will be considered based on when the company receives the request.

Cancellation Charges (per person)

  • 30 daysor morebeforetraveldate–10%oftotalbooking amount will be deducted.
  • 15 – 29 days before travel date – 25% of total booking amount will be deducted.
  • 7 – 14 days before travel date – 50% of total booking amount will be deducted.
  • Less than 7 days before travel date – 100% cancellation charges, no refund.

No Show / Early Departure

  • Norefundwillbeapplicableiftheparticipant does not join the trip, joins late, or leaves before completion.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation request.

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Incase of naturalcalamities,governmentrestrictions,weather conditions, strikes, Traffic ,or any situation beyond company control, trips may be rescheduled. Refunds will be at the company’s discretion.

Non-Refundable Components

  • Certainservicessuch asflight/traintickets, permits, or hotel bookings may be non-refundable, as per supplier policies.

Substitutions

  • A confirmed booking may be transferred to another person at least 7 days before departure, subject to approval and additional charges (if any).

Terms & Conditions

  • Standard time of hotel check in at 12 PM & checkout at 11 Am, early check ins are depend on availability, your cooperation are appreciable.
  • Booking are Subject to Available & Hotel & Resort can be Change if it is not Available Without any Prior Notice
  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. (AC will not work on hills)
  • Trip India Trekking & Holidays will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation oftrips due to Force Majeure "Force Majeure" means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the company and includes, but is not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, lockdown, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, Fire, restrict to entry of any place, flight/train cancellation and strikes.While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this
  • A Travel Manager will be appointed for a minimum group of 20 pax; otherwise, a virtual travel manager will be assigned
  • Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances which are not in control of the company, in this case same category of hotel will be allotted.
  • Registration once booked cannot be cancelled, transferred and exchanged.
  • In case of breakdown of the vehicle, travellers have to wait for repair or other alternate option arranged by the company.
  • In case if 4 by 4 vehicle is required due to heavy snowfall or traffic, customer will pay the charges.
  • Travelers are sole responsible for any mishappening, theft or loss of luggage and personal belongings, injuries, illegal activities such as carry banned drugs, unlawful activities during the tour. Covid Guidelines must be followed by all travellers.
  • Rooms upgradation & degradation can be done in last hours & difference amount will be refund in case of degradation, In case of upgradation no extra charges will be ask.
  • Any kind of misbehaviour happened during the trip, Trip manager have whole and sole responsibility to cancel your trip on same point.
  • Trip India Trekking & Holidays reserves the right to take photographs of participants of a tour with their concerns that may be used for promotional purposes. Participants who would prefer their image not be used must identify themselves to the tour leader/company at the commencement of a trip.
