  • 09:00 AM | Arrival at Saputara Campsite The first thing we will do is to set up camps. The instructors will lead all the participants to their allotted tents.

Inclusions

  • Travelling (3*2 Bus / 56 Seater Bus).

  • Accommodationin Tent (Sharing basis 8/10/12).
  • Museum, Step Garden, Rose Garden, Lake view Garden, Govarnor Hill Trek & Sunset Point.

  • Volunteers/Instructors/Guide First Aid Support.

Exclusions

  • Anything not mentioned in inclusion
  • Any paid activities (Paragliding, Boating or other)
  • Day 3 - Lunch & Day 3 - Dinner
  • Emergency medical cost after First Aid Support
  • Entry fee at Site Seeing Place (if any)

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 daysor morebeforetraveldate–10%oftotalbooking amount will be deducted.
  • 15 – 29 days before travel date – 25% of total booking amount will be deducted.
  • 7 – 14 days before travel date – 50% of total booking amount will be deducted.
  • Less than 7 days before travel date – 100% cancellation charges, no refund.

Terms & Conditions


1. Booking & Tent Accommodation
- All bookings are subject to availability.- Stay will be provided in camping tents on a sharing basis.- Each tent will accommodate approximately 8 to 12 participants.- Participants who wish to stay in a separate couple tent can avail the facility by paying an additional charge of ₹500 per person, subject to availability.- Couple tents are limited and will be allotted only after confirmation from the company.- Tent allocation will be decided by the company based on campsite conditions and availability.- If the booked campsite becomes unavailable due to weather or any unavoidable reason, an alternative campsite or similar arrangement will be provided.
2. Transportation
- Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary only.- Vehicles are not for personal use and will not be available at the disposal of participants.- Delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or government restrictions are beyond the company's control.
3. Trekking & Activities
- Trekking, camping, and other activities are conducted at the participant's own risk.- Participants must follow the instructions of the trek leader, guides, and camp coordinators at all times.- The company may refuse participation in any activity if a participant is found medically unfit or creates a safety concern.
4. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
- The itinerary, campsite, transportation, or activity schedule may be changed due to weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.- Trip India Trekking & Holidays will try its best to provide alternative arrangements but will not be liable for any compensation or refund arising from such changes.
5. Registration & Cancellation
- Bookings once confirmed are non-transferable.- Cancellation and refund, if applicable, will be as per the company's cancellation policy.
6. Vehicle Breakdown & Delays
- In case of vehicle breakdown or unexpected delays, participants are requested to cooperate while alternative arrangements are made.- The company shall not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
7. Trekking Risk & Medical Responsibility
- Trekking and adventure activities involve certain risks.- By joining the trip, participants accept these risks voluntarily.- Trip India Trekking & Holidays shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, illness, disability, or loss of life occurring during the trip.- Any medical expenses, rescue costs, hospitalization charges, or emergency expenses must be borne by the participant.
8. Personal Belongings
- Participants are responsible for their own luggage, valuables, mobile phones, cameras, and personal belongings.- The company will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
9. Health & Safety
- Participants should ensure they are physically fit for trekking and outdoor activities.- Any medical condition must be informed to the company before the trip.- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the trip.
10. Discipline & Behaviour
- Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the trip.- Consumption of alcohol, banned drugs, or involvement in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.- Any misbehavior, misconduct, nuisance, or violation of rules may result in immediate removal from the trip without any refund.- The Trip Manager's decision in such matters will be final.
11. Environment Protection
- Participants are requested not to litter and to help keep the campsite and surrounding areas clean.- Any damage caused to tents, campsite property, vehicles, or equipment due to negligence will be charged to the responsible participant.
12. Photography & Videos
- Photos and videos may be taken during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes.- Participants who do not wish to appear in such content must inform the company before the trip starts.
13. Government Guidelines
- All participants must follow government rules, local regulations, and safety guidelines applicable during the trip.
14. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking this trip, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions and agree to participate at their own risk.
