1. Booking & Confirmation

• Booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

• The balance amount must be paid before the tour departure or as per the payment schedule shared by our team.

• All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transportation, and other travel services.

2. Payment Policy

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Package prices may change without prior notice due to changes in fuel prices, government taxes, transportation costs, or hotel tariffs.

• Any additional expenses not mentioned in the package inclusions must be paid by the traveler.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges will apply as per the company's cancellation policy.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, banking fees, and other applicable costs.

• No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrivals, or early departures.

4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

• Only the services specifically mentioned in the package inclusions are covered.

• Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, telephone charges, meals not included in the itinerary, tips, entry tickets (unless mentioned), and adventure activities are excluded.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, government regulations, operational requirements, or any unforeseen circumstances.

• Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

6. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification and any documents required for the tour.

• The company is not responsible for losses arising from missing or invalid documents.

7. Health & Safety

• Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for the tour.

• Any medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.

• Participation in trekking, adventure activities, or other outdoor experiences is at the traveler's own risk.

8. Hotel & Transportation

• Hotels are subject to availability. Similar-category hotels may be provided if the listed hotel is unavailable.

• Vehicle type will be provided according to the number of passengers and package details.

9. Liability

• Trip India Trekking & Holidays acts only as a travel organizer and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, theft, natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, or any events beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for services provided by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other third-party service providers.

10. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers are expected to follow local laws, respect local customs, and maintain proper conduct throughout the tour.

• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by a traveler will be the traveler's responsibility.

11. Force Majeure

Trip India Trekking & Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, landslides, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, or severe weather conditions.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
