Payment Policy
- 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- 50% payment must be made 15 days before the departure date.
- 100% payment must be completed at least 7 days before the tour starts.
- Bookings made within 7 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
- All payments should be made to the official bank account of Trip India Trekking and Holidays.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the package cost will be deducted.
- 15–30 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges.
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departure from the tour.
- Train/flight cancellation charges (if applicable) will be as per the respective service provider's rules.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

- Bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
- All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transportation, train/flight tickets, and other travel services.
- The company reserves the right to decline any booking without assigning a reason.
- An advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour as communicated at the time of booking.
- Failure to make the full payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Package prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in transportation costs, hotel tariffs, taxes, or government regulations.
- Any increase in taxes or service charges imposed after booking shall be borne by the customer.
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification during the journey.
- For international tours, passengers must possess a valid passport, visa, and other required travel documents.
- Train and flight tickets are subject to availability.
- Confirmed seats, coach preferences, or specific timings cannot be guaranteed until tickets are issued.
- Schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by Indian Railways or airlines are beyond our control.
- Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per the respective hotel's policy.
- Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, similar-category hotels will be provided.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
- Sightseeing will be provided as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, natural disasters, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances, sightseeing may be modified, postponed, or cancelled without prior notice.
- Certain destinations such as Rohtang Pass, Snow Point, or other restricted areas are subject to government permissions and weather conditions.
- Adventure activities such as paragliding, river rafting, skiing, ropeway, ATV rides, zipline, and snow activities are optional and are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Participation is entirely at the guest's own risk.
- Guests are expected to maintain discipline and respect local customs and laws.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by a guest shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.
- Cancellation and refund requests will be processed according to the company's Cancellation Policy applicable to the booked package.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and any non-refundable booking costs.
- Trip India Trekking & Holidays acts only as a tour organizer and service coordinator.
- We are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss of baggage, natural calamities, road blockages, political disturbances, transport disruptions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- The company shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, floods, landslides, earthquakes, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or war.
- The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotel, vehicle, or travel schedule when necessary for operational, safety, or weather-related reasons without compromising the overall tour experience.
