Payment Policy
30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your seats and hotel reservation.
50% payment should be made before 15 days of departure.
The remaining 20% balance must be paid before/on the day of departure.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of the required advance payment.
Any increase in transportation, hotel, government tax, or other charges after booking may be applicable.
Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charges.
15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges.
7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges.
Less than 7 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges.
Within 48 hours / No Show: 100% cancellation charges.
Once the trip has commenced, no refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, meals, hotel nights, or transportation.
Cancellation/refund will be subject to the cancellation policies of the respective hotels, transport operators, and service providers.
Refund processing, if applicable, may take 7–15 working days.
Important Notes
Tour package is based on AC 2×2 Bus transportation from Ahmedabad.
Hotel check-in/check-out will be as per the hotel’s standard timings.
Room allocation will be on a double/triple/Qurd sharing basis as per the booking.
Sightseeing will be covered according to the itinerary and may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or local restrictions.
Desert safari and camel safari are subject to weather and local authority conditions.
Guests are requested to carry a valid government-approved photo ID during the tour.
Any additional expenses due to unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, natural calamities, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, or government restrictions will be payable by the guest.
Passengers are requested to report at the designated pickup point 15–30 minutes before departure.
No refund will be provided for any sightseeing, meals, hotel stay, or services not used voluntarily by the guest.
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary if required for safety or operational reasons.
Any personal expenses, shopping, extra activities, room service, or other services not mentioned in the inclusions will be charged separately.
Guests are requested to follow the instructions of the tour coordinator and driver throughout the journey.
